NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bear Creek Ordinance No: 1 of 2009, adopting a Development Agreement for the creation of public recreation areas and a new community charter school and Bear Creek Ordinance No: 2 of 2009, authorizing the condemnation of certain property along State Route 115 will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building of Bear Creek Township, 3333 Bear Creek Boulevard, Bear Creek Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, 18702.
